# RECIPES — seed set (names + intent)

Curated, small, Nordic-adapted. Full methods can wait until Phase 4. Each recipe later becomes its own markdown record with ratings: *was it good; what was missing.*

Breakfasts

1. **Eggs in butter, salt** — default morning energy
2. **Skyr, cream, berries** — if dairy is trusted
3. **Leftover lamb, fried in tallow** — dinner for breakfast
4. **Herring, onion, rye if they want starch** — Northern classic, supermarket-possible

Pans and pots

5. **Cabbage and minced beef** — cheap, pan, one bowl
6. **Lamb shoulder, swede, onion** — weekend, becomes premade portions
7. **Pork belly, apples, cabbage** — sweet-savory, uses the animal
8. **Oxtail broth** — bones, time, freezer portions
9. **Liver, onions, butter** — cadence, not every day
10. **Mackerel in the pan, lemon, dill** — fish night
11. **Chicken in fat, garlic, root veg** — when ruminant is pricey
12. **Stew of whatever is in the fridge** — inventory-driven

Cold / assembled

13. **Sardines, butter, cucumber** — five minutes
14. **Cold roast, pickles, mustard** — leftover plate
15. **Beet, goat cheese or aged cheese, cream** — plants that still feel like food

Cadence, not recipes

16. **Liver once a week** (or pâté)
17. **Fatty fish twice a week**
18. **Broth on a cold night**
19. **Ferment on the side of the heavy plate**
20. **Apples when they are actually good** — Iðunn’s joke, also a snack

Rating questions (later, per cook): good?; what was missing?; too dry?; would make again?

The coach **offers** these. It does not assign homework. User decides.
