Iðunn will be a food-health companion: log meals by photo, chat, or voice; keep a kitchen that knows its leftovers; coach toward a modern Nordic plate — quality meat, trusted dairy, home-grown plants — and be blunt about industrial food.

Telegram webhook is live at /tg-hook. Drop a BotFather token (and optional SpaceXAI key) in /opt/idunn/.env.
v1 is a mockup: useful enough to show the idea, not a fortress.
You decide what you eat. The coach advises; it does not play doctor. Research both directions.
